Compulsory Documents to be attached with the admission form
1. Date of birth proof for Nursery to Class I : i.e. Adhaar card, municipality birth certificate and hospital discharge certificate.
2. Date of birth proof for Class II to IX: i.e. Adhaar card and report card of the last two years from the school.
INCOMPLETE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Eligibility
Age eligibility criteria as on 31st July,2026
| Nursery(Playgroup) | The child should complete 3 yrs. |
| LKG: | The child should complete 4 yrs. |
| UKG: | The child should complete 5 yrs. |
| Class I | The child should complete 6 yrs. |
Transfer Certificates
Students who are under transfer from schools (including outside U.P. ) must have their Transfer Certificates counter-signed by the Inspector of Schools of the state concerned.
