- Counselling Psychologist for Primary to Senior Secondary
- Key responsibilities
- Supporting Well-being & Mental Health
- Provide individual and group counselling for students
- Address concerns related to stress, anxiety, behaviour, peer relationships and emotional well-being
- Conduct life skills, emotional intelligence and mental wellness workshops for parents, teachers & students
- Work closely with parents and teachers to support student development, maintain confidential case records and follow ethical counselling practices.
- Eligibility Criteria for Counselling Psychologist
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Clinical Psychology / Counselling Psychology
- RCI registration or equivalent (preferred)
- High emotional intelligence, empathy and professional ethics
- Eligibility Criteria for Special Educator
- BEd in special Education with RCI registration
- Special Educator
- Key responsibilities
- Identify and support students with learning difficulties and developmental differences
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers to adapt curriculum and classroom strategies
- Suggest and implement accommodations and modifications
- Support students’ social, emotional, and behavioural development
- Maintain regular communication with parents & teachers regarding progress
- Coordinate with therapists, counsellors, and school staff
- Maintain documentation, progress records, and reports.
- Eligibility Criteria for Special Educator
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education (B.Ed. in Special Education)
- RCI registration
- Experienced in working with children with learning disabilities, ADHD, ASD, or other special needs
- Knowledge of IEP planning and inclusive education practices
- Pre Primary Teacher
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be BEd or NTT
