24 November holds a special spiritual significance for devotees of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother, marking the anniversary of Siddhi Day—the moment in 1926 when the Sri Krishna Consciousness descended into the physical, a milestone remembered as The Day of Victory.
At Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, the day was observed with quiet devotion. The shrine was beautifully decorated with flowers, filling the room with a sense of purity and calm. Students sat together in silence, offering their prayers with folded hands and attentive hearts.
Mrs Mitali Srivastava, our Administrative Head and Headmistress of the Pre-Primary Wing, spoke to the children about the importance of Siddhi Day, helping them understand the meaning and history behind this occasion.
The gentle atmosphere, the floral arrangements, and the children’s sincere participation made the observance a peaceful and memorable moment for all.
