Republic Day celebration at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Lucknow

“Is Din Ke Liye Veeron Ne Apana Khoon Bahaya Hai, Jhoom Utho Deshvasiyo, Gantrantra Divas Aaya Hai.” with patriotic fervor and gaiety Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Lucknow celebrated the 68th Republic Day. The bright sunny morning of 26th January, 2017 woke to the bugle sounds,to pay respect to the Majestic National flag, to cherish the memories of those great leaders who fought for our freedom. A day, of honour, a day to commemorate the vision of our national leaders, who gifted us our Constitution. The love for the country, was seen on the grounds of Jaipuria school, when children of Junior classes flew their tri-colur flags with all their gusto. The smart marching of the squads showed the spirit of oneness.The Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra, quoting from the Bhagwad Geeta, said, that heroism, chivalry,patriotism  are inborn in each one of us and this spirit of courage and sacrifice was shown by our leaders which gave us this day of freedom” The Pledge reminded us to be a proud Indian.
