Today, on the occasion of International Chess Day, a knockout event was conducted by the Chess Club with participation from 24 students, under the guidance of their teachers.
After multiple rounds of strategy and calculated moves, Saanvi Agarwal from grade 8 stood first due to her extraordinary performance at the event, followed by Aarav Garg and Akshaj Srivastava from grade 9.
A great learning experience for all participants, the club seeks to organise more such tournaments in the future.
