Yoga is not simply about physical exercise, it is about the balance between the mind and the body.
Students, parents and staff members came together early in the morning on the occasion of International Yoga Day, with the objective to become aware about themselves through yoga. Following the instructions of our yoga teacher through all the asanas, breathing and meditative exercises, each individual emerged refreshed from the event.
The display of advanced asanas by some of our students was evidence of what can be achieved through consistent practice of yoga and acted as encouragement for everyone in attendance.
