Effective Classroom Management Workshop

At the reopening of the school after the summer break, an Effective Classroom Management Workshop was conducted by the school counsellor on 28th and 29th June for teachers from Playgroup to Grade 12.

Efforts were made to understand the challenges faced in classrooms and the strategies one could opt for to deal with them. Teachers discussed work completion and submission, classroom behaviour and performance, managing diversity, co-curricular activities and academics at length.

Through activities, questionnaires and enactment of case studies, they also tried to identify the best practices to improve student involvement and ensure their emotional well-being.
