Day 3 of the Inter School Jaipuria Fest was wrapped up on 3rd December with the 9th Edition of Bhavani Bharati and the 7th Edition of TechVista.
Our guests of honour for the events were HOD Central Sanskrit University – Dr. Bharat Bhooshan Tripathi, Professor at Central Sanskrit University – Dr. Dhanindra Jha, Sanskrit Scholar and Professor at Rishihood University – Dr. Sampadananda Mishra and Director of HCL Technologies – Mr. Anil Srivastava.
Dr. Sampadananda Mishra pointed out how the day was incredibly auspicious as it was Gita Jayanti, commemorating the revealing of the Bhagavad Gita to Arjun by Lord Krishna. He wished all participants well for the day’s events, with clarity in their purpose and sincerity in their actions.
Bhavani Bharati holds an important place from the point of view of national integration, and is the only Sanskrit poem with 99 verses written by Sri Aurobindo. The events at the Inter School competition consisted of solo and group shloka recitation, role plays depicting children’s perception of the verses and speeches based on the influence of the poem on their feelings, along with its relevance for the present generation.
With enthusiastic participation from 14 schools across the city, the Inter-School Bhavani Bharati Competition was a perfect example of the significance of learning from the past and taking it forward.
TechVista 2022, Jaipuria’s biennial technical festival put to test programmers, gamers, debaters and quizzers alike from 15 participating teams, with the vision to empower, enhance and expand young minds’ interest in the field of computers and technology, much beyond the scope of textbooks.
Coding, gaming, logical reasoning and web development challenged the participants’ abilities, while photography and video editing were learning experiences for them. The scope of events ranged from debating and quizzing, to logo, game and newsletter designing. PPT presentation was also one of the ways TechVista opened its doors this year to younger students, to aid their growth in the field of technology.
The Chief Guest, Mr. Anil Srivastava, in his address to the participating teams, advised them to always be ready to learn, be open and accept changes willingly.

A materialisation of the schools’ dedication to these fields, Bhavani Bharati and TechVista were one-of-a-kind events that are part of the school’s legacy. The participants and organisers were commended for their earnest endeavours through the day.
Drawing the curtains on the Inter School Jaipuria Fest, the Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra, remarked how it is essential for children to participate and find opportunities to test themselves. It is only by going beyond limitations that one arrives at perfection.
