30th Founders’ Day Celebrations – Day 1

‘Our Heart Beats at Every Innovation’

The Annual Science, Literature, Art & Craft Exhibition at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Gomti Nagar was inaugurated on 12th November by esteemed Chief Guest – Shri Sandeep Singh, Minister of State, Basic Education, U.P. Government, with the Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra. The school celebrated 30 years of Excellence and Conscious Transformation with a fiesta of events lined up for the day.

A display of a plethora of activities which are part of the school’s curriculum, left the visitors impressed. From metal work to flower making, clay modelling to creative writing, tie & dye to various school club presentations, the students portrayed their intricate creations through which they seek to strive for perfection of the self. Unravelling their potential in Fine Arts and aesthetics, the students worked under the guidance of their teachers and laid out brilliant masterpieces.

Shri Sandeep Singh ji awarded our students for their excellence in various fields and expressed his appreciation for the exhibition, “You all are very innovative and are on the right track. You’ll be the fame of our country.” Students showcased their impressive projects in Computer and Physics, observing which he added that it was a pleasure to see students getting the right opportunities and the environment to flourish.

Live performances like the orchestra, story telling, poetry recitation, Maths, Science and English quizzes, were a peek into classrooms at Jaipuria. Students took up and addressed societal issues through their Nukkad Natak performances, and their discussions on ideologies and ‘Ahimsa Parmo Dharma’ were a showcase of their integral development as sensitised citizens of the nation, willing to bring about a change. The non-fire cooking activity students donned their chef caps, actively engaging the visitors with an exhibit of their culinary skills.

Some more highlights were the Cyber Crime Awareness session and the Entrepreneurship Mela – Navsrijan, with a presentation of startup ideas in a Shark Tank session, in collaboration with NimbleQ.

The exhibition was deemed successful by our guests of honour with their words of encouragement for the entire school fraternity.
