Constitution Day or Samvidhan Diwas is celebrated on November 26th, every year, commemorating the adoption of the Constitution of India.
‘Samvidhan Pakhwara’ was held from 26th November to 9th December at school, starting off with an assembly, along with several events being conducted by the department of Political Science with students of 11 E, to understand the Constitution of our country better.
Design the Constitution was an event organized for students of Classes 1 to 4 where they were suggested to use artistic skills to decorate the border of the Preamble.
Click the Constitution was conducted for Classes 7 to 9 and 11, where students clicked pictures and suggested suitable slogans related to the features of the Constitution as a Sovereign, Secular, Socialist, Democratic Republic.
Create a Class Constitution was conducted for Classes 5 and 6, while a ‘Know your Constitution Quiz’ was conducted for classes 7 to 9 and 11.
‘Samvidhan Pakhwara’ concluded with a prize distribution, where not only the winners in each category but student in-charges who conducted these events, were also honoured.
