In the series of dedicating the 2018-2019 session to the Indian Armed Forces, at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, we had an esteemed guest speaker on 13th November, 2018. Group captain P. Ramesh, an Indian Air Force officer, from our own city, was welcomed warmly to address the students of classes 9 and 11.
Group Captain P. Ramesh, is a highly experienced Air Force pilot with around 4,000 hours of flying experience, spread across four different types of helicopters.With a number of achievements to his credit, Group Captain P. Ramesh has the privilege to fly some of the VVIPs of India, including the President, Vice-President and Prime Minister . Group Captain Ramesh has been the Project Leader of a Missile Team at DRDO overseeing the design and development of advanced weapons systems for the Armed Forces. He was the Project Manager for India’s first and only landing strip built on the 300 km Lucknow Agra Expressway.
After a very motivational and inspiring talk,the students had an engrossing question answer session.An impact full session through which the students definitely had a changed perspective and feelings towards their duty and love for their Motherland.
