Ladder of Feedback

 At Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Lucknow, the”Ladder of Feedback ‘ is a protocol  which is followed to establish a culture of trust and constructive support by sequencing feedback in order that is constructive. This activity was taken up at the class four level . The students expressed their concern on certain issues to clarify using the `Ladder of Feedback’.A specific sequence of `clarity’, `value’, `concern’ and `suggest’ was followed by  them which finally led to positive responses.
