

Seth M.R. Jaipuria believes in well-rounded curriculum which brings in versatility in a child’s development. To learn Yoga is an integral part of the curriculum for the Jaipurian students.To inculcate Yoga practise in students,to provide a stepping stone to the beneficial Yogic world of exercises, the Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra has taken a stride to include Yogic exercises in the morning assembly which henceforth will be a part of the morning assembly. A minute or two makes the change.A healthy mind and body is what is desired. Students of Class VII D performed Yogic exercises which were simultaneously performed by the students from classes 9 to 12. The students were informed of the various benefits of doing Tadasana, Durikonaoasana and Triyaktadasana. Teachers were not far behind, they also joined in the exercises.
