Boulevard’, St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School’s annual literary fest

Our school participated in ‘Boulevard’, St. Agnes’ Loreto Day School’s annual literary fest. The team included students of classes 10, 11 and 12. They participated in various events including crossword, documentary making, quiz, board decoration, poetry writing, mime and play.

The fest began with an event called ‘The Mona Lisa Smile’ which was followed by the rest of the events and finally concluded with the play, for which we had to make a parody based on The Wizard of Oz and Rise of the Planet of the Apes.

Our school stood third in both, poetry writing (Fiza Khan of class 11) and documentary making (Saurav  Bannerjee and Adamya Singh of class 12). Moreover, Arushi  Somani of class 10^th was awarded the best actor for portraying the Good Witch of the North in the Wizard of Oz/Rise of the Planet of the Apes parody. The fest ended with a speech by the Principal of St Agnes’ School and the declaration of results.
