Our Commerce Department has been a strong foundation for many who have gone around the world to build successful careers in finance and business. This nurturing begins right here in the school through focused guidance and exposure to professional pathways.
Keeping this spirit alive, a special career counselling session was recently conducted in collaboration with the Institute of Cost Accountants of India at our school auditorium for the commerce students of Class 11 and Class 12.
The session led by CMA Amit Jaiswal and CMA Yash Tripathi introduced students to the Cost and Management Accountancy course. They explained the course eligibility, the structure of its three levels Foundation Intermediate and Final and the wide range of career opportunities that come with it.
The speakers highlighted that pursuing CMA enhances employability and offers lifelong professional recognition as the qualification is backed by an Act of Parliament.
Throughout the session the speakers interacted enthusiastically with the students, addressed their queries and motivated them to work hard to achieve their goals.
One of the officials present from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India remarked, “The kind of curiosity and engagement the students showed today was truly remarkable. It is inspiring to see such clarity and enthusiasm for professional growth at this stage.”
