Junior wing of Seth M.R. practiced different ways of gratitude by taking on the responsibility of cleaning their classrooms themselves. Additionally, they penned heartfelt notes expressing appreciation for the support staff, offered warm hugs, and devoted quality time to them, fostering a strong sense of connection and gratitude within the school community. Students also practiced gratitude at home, they wrote notes to their friends and family by writing notes to them.
Second Grader, Viyansh Singh added “It’s vital to express gratitude to everything around us, including both living and non-living. However, we must also remember to show appreciation for our bodies, which tirelessly do numerous complex processes. A meaningful way to express gratitude is by taking good care of ourselves by eating green veggies, getting good sleep, doing physical activities, and drinking ample water daily.”
