Excelsior 3.0| Intra School commerce event

Seth M.R. Jaipuria organized Excelsior 3.0, an intra-school event led by the students on 22nd December 2023. At this event, students enthusiastically explored commerce through various exhilarating activities. The event commenced with an enchanting performance of Ganesh Vandana. The chief guest of the event, Principal Mrs. Promini Chopra, addressed the students, emphasizing, “The world is always ruled by financial and economic aspects. Commerce money may rule the world, but it cannot teach you how to make the right decision; that is where your values and your inner self come into play.”

The first event was the Quiz, where students engaged in tough competition. This was followed by a crisis management event, where the first group suggested solutions to various issues related to urea-based agricultural products. The second group then presented on the topic “Travel and Tourism.”

After the entertaining advertisement performances, which featured a delightful touch of humor, the atmosphere shifted to the serious yet riveting Investors’ pitches at the JIM auditorium. Simultaneously, within the school auditorium, a unique and engaging activity known as “HAM JAM” unfolded. In this activity, each student was tasked with speaking on a given topic for a minute. If they stuttered or paused, the other student could interrupt and object, seizing the opportunity to seamlessly continue the dialogue.

The event concluded on a musical note with a captivating performance by the student band. They sang songs like “Aashayein” and “Tu na jaane aas paas hai khuda,” among others.

Principal Promini Chopra and Vice Principal Anupam Vidyarthi graciously presented the prizes to the deserving recipients.
