The Divine graced us with His Presence at Seth M.R. Jaipuria School, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow on the 3rd of April, 2023. We had the incredible honour of receiving Sri Aurobindo’s relics at school on this day, for them to be enshrined on the 4th.
Our Vice Chairperson, Mrs. Anjali Jaipuria along with our Principal, Mrs. Promini Chopra brought the relics inside the school premises for the ‘darshan’. The students, teachers, parents and devotees then paid their respects and meditated in the calming presence of the Divine.
4th April marked a monumental occasion as the enshrinement of Sri Aurobindo’s relics took place in the Meditation Room of the school on this day.
The ‘darshan’ of the relics was followed by meditation on the Mother’s organ music. Mrs. Anjali Jaipuria, addressed everyone and explained the significance of the date and time of enshrinement, as it was on 4th April, 1910 that Sri Aurobindo arrived in Pondicherry at 4pm.
