Leadership Transformation Sessions were conducted by the school’s Academic Consultant, Mrs. Shalini Sinha, on 8th and 20th October respectively, for Junior, Middle and Senior School faculty members.
Starting with enlisting the qualities and challenges faced by a leader, they held discussions about change management and the five horsemen of inertia.

With interactive and engaging activities, Mrs. Sinha helped develop an understanding of the crucial role of teamwork and communication in collaborative spaces. Raising awareness of leadership faculties through the entire session, the attendees emerged better prepared to lead their teams and aid the functioning of the school community.
