Yoga is an invaluable gift of India’s ancient tradition. It embodies unity of mind and body, thoughts and actions, restraint and fulfillment, a holistic approach to health and well-being. To sustain physical, social and spiritual health, practising yoga is vital.
The Social Awareness Club invited students, parents and teachers for the International Yoga Day Celebrations hosted at school on 21st June. It was a pleasure to see their enthusiastic participation at the event, early in the morning.
