The ‘ Ladder of Feedback’,an approach to establish a culture of valuing the work done by others and learning the steps of giving a constructive feedback.
Students of Class 4 were briefed about the four steps- Clarify, Value, Concern and Suggestion that led to a positive feedback. Students practiced giving their feedback on various topics especially concerning `Swachatta’- The students worked upon – ‘ Cleanliness is a necessity, not an option.’ They learnt to spell out such aspects that were not clear to them. Valuing helped the students build a supportive culture. It was the ‘concern’ that brought out the points that could be incorporated to improve upon.Finally the suggestions provided new ideas to enhance the quality of any given project and gave a positive end to the ladder of feedback.
