First Assembly Junior School

Four teachers from the school went to Pondicherry to attend the annual workshop on Integral Education held from 11th May to 18th May. It was an eye opening amazing workshop and  the teachers got an opportunity to orient themselves to the concepts of integral education. This 8 day course touched upon various aspects of education and also talked about the day to day methods of dealing with children.
The sessions focused on helping the teachers to explore the world of Integral Education through interactive sessions, activities, owning up to nature, music and concentration games, etc. The teachers explored themselves and enhanced their awareness towards education as a way of life and children as growing souls. After coming back from Pondicherry the teachers shared their knowledge with the Pre-Primary and the Junior teachers of the school.
