Senior School’s Last Assembly of the Session (2023-24)

“These halls may echo with goodbyes, but the lessons learned here will forever resonate.”
The last assembly of the session 2023-24 commenced on March 21st, 2024, at the school assembly area of Seth M.R. Jaipuria. The assembly proved to be a rollercoaster of emotions for everyone, with some blissful beginnings and some tearful goodbyes. Members of the student council took everyone on a journey where they highlighted precious memories of the ending session with a twist as they spoke about each event with a Bollywood reference.
The head girl Priyamvada Singh and vice-girl Shivanya Vardhan, addressed the audience, where they reflected upon their journey and their learning from this position. Later, the two opened up for an interview round, where students indulged in a Q&A session.
Later, new heads and vice heads were announced Anupam Vidyarthi, Vice Principal. Zoya Khan and Ishan Srivastava named Head Girl and Head Boy respectively of the School, with Dhriti Tiwari and Aman Bhargava appointed as Vice Head Girl and Vice Head Boy.
This academic session, four of our educators have completed their service and will retire. Ms. Kirti Gaur, English teacher, Ms. Namita Agarwal, Physics teacher, Ms. Nasima Rizwan, History teacher, and Ms. Kanta Chand,Physical Education teacher, will part ways from the school as they have completed their tenure.
In a heartfelt tribute, Ms. Kirti Gaur Ma’am and Ms. Namita Agarwal were interviewed by the students, where they reflected on their years within the school. With emotions brimming, Principal Promini expressed gratitude for their contributions, acknowledging their profound impact on generations of students. The assembly ground filled with applause as students gave a mesmerizing classical dance performance on a classical song and a classical remix of the song “Calm Down”.
Subsequently, students played a quiz based on the philosophy and blocks of the school, where for each right answer, they received a chocolate. We further moved to the walk of Academic achievers, and then A & B level Proficiency certificates were presented to the students. The event culminated with the distribution of Athletic winner trophies followed by Overall trophies.
